Genuine- Parts- Company is seeking a customer-focused associate for our Westland, MI store to provide automotive parts solutions and engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will use product knowledge to assist both retail and wholesale customers, operate POS and inventory tools, and help maintain store operations and logistics with a strong emphasis on service quality.

SummaryThe Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
