Job summary

NAPA Grandville is seeking a motivated Store Associate to help customers find automotive parts solutions and provide a high-quality shopping experience. You will support both retail and wholesale customers and contribute to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.

As part of a fast-paced retail team, you will operate POS and inventory tools, assist with orders and deliveries, and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.

SummaryThe Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement.
