Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Store in Blue Springs seeks a friendly Counter Sales associate who can greet customers, answer auto parts questions, and process transactions at the counter or by phone.

You’ll use your parts knowledge to help customers and collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment, learning more about automotive parts and career paths within our retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in auto parts or retail preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at counter and over the phone with auto parts questions.
• Provide parts recommendations and solutions for customers.

As a NAPA Counter Sales associate, you are looked at as the “face of the retail store” and the go to person as soon as our customers enter our retail stores for all of their automotive needs. You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
