NAPA is seeking a Counter Sales associate to be the face of our retail store, delivering expert auto parts knowledge and exceptional customer service at the counter and on the phone. You will assist customers, help fellow team members with questions, and ensure a positive, fast-paced shopping experience.

Experience in a parts store or automotive industry is valued, along with strong communication and a willingness to learn all things auto parts.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical schooling a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong listening and empathy for customers.

You don’t need to be able to tear and motor down and rebuild it (however, if you can, that’s awesome) – but we do need you to have a background and knowledge of automotive parts.
