USA GPC Genuine Parts Company in Washington state seeks a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in our NAPA-branded store, delivering a high-quality experience and automotive parts solutions.
You will support both retail and wholesale customers, use product knowledge to assist, operate POS and catalog tools, and help drive store performance through responsiveness and teamwork.
The Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. It offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization

Retail store environment with frequent customer interaction Standing for extended periods and frequent movement within the store Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials (moderate weight) Use of computers, phones, and POS systems regularly Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and responsiveness
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $23.75. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
