Summary The Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. It offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization Position Performance Measures: Customer satisfaction and service quality (CSAT, repeat business) Accuracy and efficiency in parts identification and order fulfillment Sales performance (retail and wholesale transactions) Responsiveness to customer inquiries (in-store and phone) Team collaboration and support to peers Adherence to store processes, systems, and operational standards

This position offers a starting hourly rate of $18.75.
