NAPA in Denver seeks a Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering high-quality automotive parts solutions and a positive in-store experience. You will support both retail and wholesale customers with product knowledge and responsive service.
Responsibilities include utilizing POS and catalog systems, maintaining inventory, and coordinating deliveries to ensure fast, accurate order fulfillment.
The Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. It offers a strong entry point or growth path within the organization.
Customer satisfaction and service quality (CSAT, repeat business) Accuracy and efficiency in parts identification and order fulfillment Sales performance (retail and wholesale transactions) Responsiveness to customer inquiries (in-store and phone) Team collaboration and support to peers Adherence to store processes, systems, and operational standards.

Reports to: Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager Works closely with: Counter Sales team, Inventory/Operations staff, and Wholesale customers Part of: Retail Store Operations within NAPA.
This position offers a starting hourly rate of $22.00. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
