Summary

The Store Pro serves as the primary point of contact for customers in the retail store, representing the NAPA brand and delivering a high-quality customer experience. This role is responsible for providing automotive parts solutions, supporting both retail and wholesale customers, and contributing to store performance through product knowledge, responsiveness, and customer engagement. Physical Demands / Working Environment

• Retail store environment with frequent customer interaction


• Standing for extended periods and frequent movement within the store


• Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials (moderate weight)


• Use of computers, phones, and POS systems regularly


• Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and responsiveness
