STORE/PRICE INTEGRITY LEAD CLERK (Finance)

Minimum Requirements
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to manage people and organize workloads
- Calm and tactful handling of stressful situations, making a positive impression on associates and customers
- Understanding of key department operations, including managing people, merchandising, inventory management, shrink control, customer service, labor scheduling, and expense control

- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, such as employment practices and OSHA compliance
Responsibilities
- Maintain store UPC file (price changes, deletions, new items)
- Check in and test scan all vendors
- Maintain weekly ad item scanning file
- Ensure housekeeping in the computer room, including cleaning filters, sweeping, mopping, checking battery backup systems, and conducting monthly power fail simulations
- Copy PLU file twice a week
- Maintain documentation on all retail accounting
- Test scan entire store every six to eight weeks
- Maintain special report files (A.C. Nielson, Sami, Special Item Movement Report)
- Promote, communicate, and implement company initiatives and process improvements positively to direct reports
- Perform any additional duties as assigned
- Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
