Minimum Qualifications
  • Prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to read shelf tags, signs, labels, and training materials.
  • Willingness and ability to perform stock and customer service duties as scheduled.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dependability and integrity in past work records.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and OSHA regulations.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Maintain store UPC files, check in and test scan all vendors.
  • Manage weekly ad item scanning files.
  • Perform housekeeping in the computer room, including cleaning filters and checking systems.
  • Copy PLU files twice weekly.
  • Maintain documentation on retail accounting.
  • Test store scan systems every six to eight weeks.
  • Maintain special report files (e.g., A.C. Nielson, Sami).
  • Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
  • Adhere to company policies on dress code, grooming, sanitation, and harassment prevention.
  • Work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
