Job summary

The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Decision Science Product Engineering Graduate Associate for Spring 2027 in Florida. You will contribute to data-driven tools and analytical workflows while working with Product Engineering, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to solve real problems.

As an intern, you will gain exposure to data, software, analytics, and product thinking, with a focus on building and improving analytical products used by Disney partners.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience with SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to analyze data and validate results with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and maintenance of data-driven tools, dashboards, and analytical workflows.
• Assist with data extraction, transformation, and validation using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with product engineers and decision scientists through design sessions and sprints.
