Overview

Store Planner (Merchandising) at Burlington Stores, located in Burlington, NJ, United States. Eligible candidates typically hold a Bachelor Degree. This Retail role reports to support Store Experience 2.0 rollout with a remote capability.

Responsibilities

• Generate floor plans for existing stores to reflect Store Experience 2.0. Build plans for each location based on existing conditions and store prototypes.
• Assist in the development of step-by-step directions, unique to each store, to successfully convert to SE 2.0.
• Utilize each store\'s penetration to design a plan tailored to their sales and inventory builds.
• Collaborate with store planning to align on final plans and achieve all timelines.
• Develop floor plans for any non-new store-related projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related store planning experience in a retail setting.
• A Bachelor\'s degree in a related field preferred.
• Extensive experience using CAD Software.
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, particularly strengths in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Adaptability and problem-solving expertise.

Compensation & Benefits

Min USD 65,000.00 / annual; Mid USD 80,000.00 / annual. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan. Flexible hours and associate discount available to full-time associates.
