Burlington Stores is seeking a Store Planner to advance remodel and downsizing initiatives by developing feasibility plans, layouts, and project documentation in collaboration with internal and external teams.

The Store Planner supports Burlington's Remodel and Downsize (Rightsizing) initiatives through the development of feasibility plans, store layouts, and project documentation. This role partners closely with internal and external teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and align with Burlington's merchandising strategies, prototype standards, and operational needs. The position plays a key role in optimizing existing store environments to enhance space productivity, operational flow, and the overall customer experience.

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00
