Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management or HS diploma with 5 years retail management.
• Licensed pharmacy technician as required by state OR pharmacy assistant in WA state OR licensed RPh as soon as possible given state law requirements, no later than 12 months from Store Manager position start date.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and analyzes customer service; develops action plans for improvement.
• Supervises store and pharmacy operations including scheduling and task delegation.
• Analyzes financial and performance data to increase sales and control costs.
• Manages inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Ensures compliance with policies, laws, and emergency responses.
