Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of Retail or Sales experience.
• Proficient in technology systems, applications, Microsoft Office, and video conferencing.
• Ability to operate a computer and POS System.
• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of work shift, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations as manager on duty.
• Recruit, train, and develop store teams; provide coaching and feedback.
• Communicate priorities and sales driving information to maximize business results.
• Utilize store reports to guide decisions and drive the store business.
