Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, supervising, scheduling, training, and developing store personnel.
Ensure clear and effective communication with employees and customers.
Help meet sales targets and maintain accurate inventory levels.
Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager or Commercial Sales Manager.
Lead customer service initiatives to provide WOW! service and resolve concerns.
