Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for an Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. This is a full-time and part-time permanent role with opportunities to move into a store leadership position.

You will oversee shift operations, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining standards. Responsibilities include supervising 3 to 30 employees, handling cash, delivering quality products, and upholding Domino's grooming and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting in store operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties of Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate products while following recipes and procedures.
• Delivering product by vehicle from the store to the customer safely.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain professional appearance in Domino's Grooming Standards.
