Domino's Pizza is hiring immediately for Assistant Manager (Manager in Training) to join their team. This role may be filled as Full time or Part time, Permanent. You will lead the shift, set the tone, and ensure all duties are performed with excellence.

As Assistant Manager, you will oversee store operations, cost and inventory control, greet customers, take orders, and manage cash handling. The position offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Judgement, math and multitasking skills are essential.
• Experience in fast-paced retail environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage 3–30 employees on a shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform all the duties of the Customer Services Representatives and Delivery Drivers.
• Manage anywhere from 3 to 30 employees during your scheduled shift.
• Responsible for all store operations.
• Greeting customers and taking orders with a smile.
• Operating the cash register and collecting payment from customers.
• Making fast, accurate and consistent products while following recipes and procedures.
• Delivering product to customers in a safe and courteous manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant from front to back.
• Maintain a professional appearance per grooming standards.
