Job summary

Belk is seeking a Sr. Manager, Store Operations Strategy & Analytics to drive operational effectiveness across the retail organization.

You will partner with Stores, Field Leadership, and Corporate teams to standardize processes, enhance execution, manage expense controls, and lead cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity and the associate and customer experience. The role emphasizes data-driven insights, reporting, and project leadership, with responsibilities for developing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4–6 years in retail operations, business operations, process improvement, or related fields.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members and direct reports.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and operational improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects and system enhancements; support store openings and closures.
• Partner with Asset Protection, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, HR, and Field Leadership.
