Job summary

Sephora Fort Worth is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations including inventory control, stock replenishment, and event execution. You will help with visual merchandising and uphold Sephora standards while delivering outstanding client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or a similar environment, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Flexible shifts include evenings and weekends in a fast-paced team setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in retail/hospitality or client-focused environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Team player with a goal-driven mindset.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
