Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Irvine, CA is seeking a Task Associate to drive store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, complete tasks, and support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through strong attention to detail and consistent adherence to procedures.

The role requires a flexible schedule, basic technology skills (POS systems and Apple devices), and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks.
• Support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager on performance, people, and process.
• Follow policies, procedures, and standards, and adhere to dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventories, and shipments using Ulta Beauty’s technology and best practices.
