Ulta Beauty, Inc. is hiring for a Task Associate to help deliver operational excellence in support of sales drivers. You will keep fixtures stocked, maintain store cleanliness, and perform assigned tasks to uphold Ulta's guest experience.

The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process, and requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Flexible schedule and opportunity to grow within a beauty leader.

Qualifications

• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure timely completion of operational processes including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education.
