King Soopers in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a Store Operations Associate to ensure pricing accuracy and support store processes. The role involves testing scan systems, maintaining weekly ad items, and thorough housekeeping of the computer room.

You will promote initiatives and adapt to varying shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. The position requires strong communication, dependable work ethic, and knowledge of department operations, with a focus on safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated aptitude to manage people and organize workloads.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and positively.
• Understanding of department operations: people, merchandising, inventory, shrink, customer service, scheduling, expenses.
• Past work record showing dependability and integrity.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations related to employment practices, OSHA compliance, etc.

Responsibilities

• Check in and test scan all vendors.
• Maintain weekly ad item in scanning file.
• Provide housekeeping in computer room (filters, floor, power backup checks).
• Copy PLU File twice a week.
• Maintain documentation on all retail accounting.
• Test scan entire store every 6–8 weeks.
• Maintain Special Report File (A.C. Nielsen, Sami, Special Item Movement Report).
• Promote and implement company initiatives to direct reports in a positive manner.
• Perform any and all duties as assigned.
• Maintain flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, nights; able to work weekends and holidays.
