Responsibilities

• Deliver on operational excellence to support sales drivers and guest experiences.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with performance metrics and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with store policies and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, inventory procedures, and shipments.
• Maintain replenished, signed, and faced work areas and tester availability.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices.
• Execute other operational tasks as directed.
