Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate in Moline, Illinois to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. You will ensure merchandise is stocked, assists in maintaining clean and organized spaces, and help drive daily sales through efficient execution of tasks.

The role requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with emphasis on teamwork and strong problem-solving. Eligible associates may receive PTO and health benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS, Apple devices).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Support Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager through focus on performance and processes.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta’s systems.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Protect company assets and provide exceptional guest service.
