Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Texas is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, merchandising, and guest service. The TA keeps fixtures stocked, maintains store cleanliness, and assists the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance goals.

The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and adherence to policies while working a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies and dress code; complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
• Drive operational excellence by keeping work area replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
