Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to deliver operational excellence in support of sales drivers and guest experience. The TA will keep fixtures stocked, maintain overall store cleanliness, and complete assigned tasks to ensure product is readily available for purchase.

They will support the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and processes, while following Ulta Beauty policies and standards and working a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS and Apple devices.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Complete shipment and replenishment, merchandise sets, and inventory counts.
• Maintain regular attendance and adherence to schedules.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for guests and teammates.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
