The role requires strong leadership, organization, and adherence to laws and company standards. Eligible candidates will be responsible for inventories, deposits, and performance of the team while maintaining a safe, engaging store environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of sales associates during shift
• Training and coaching sales associates
• Ensuring a safe environment for customers and employees
• Ensure the store's appearance reflects the company's standards
• Comply with federal and state laws pertaining to the store's operation
• Responsible for daily paperwork, bank deposits, inventory counts, cash audits, invoice processing, order placement, controlling labor hours, overseeing day to day operations
• Monitor competitor pricing at the store's local competition
