Responsibilities

• Train new hires on store operations and customer service standards.
• Manage register operations, including paperwork and deposits.
• Activate and log lottery tickets.
• Conduct cigarette and beer audits.
• Oversee fuel ordering and handle fuel spills, nozzle and hose replacements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding orders and inventory.
• Create work orders for maintenance requests.
• Manage grocery wholesalers ordering processes.
• Conduct store audits for the convenience store and diner.
• Implement waste procedures and manage C Store credits.
• Create and manage schedules for the convenience store and diner.
• Address and resolve customer complaints effectively.
• Prepare end-of-month fuel reporting and analyze sales and fuel volume trends.
