You will drive store performance across departments, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operation while maintaining high service standards and accountability for the team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail, grocery and warehouse operations for efficiency and alignment with standards.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
• Monitor store performance, including sales, inventory, shrink, and metrics.
• Drive accountability across department managers and ensure execution.
• Review audit results and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and team performance.
• Ensure inventory management, receiving and merchandising processes are followed.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and handle escalated concerns.
• Ensure safety and food safety and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership on initiatives.
• Identify risks or gaps and implement improvements.
• Maintain overall store and warehouse organization and readiness for audits.
