Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager in Jackson, TN to lead daily store operations, drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service. The role focuses on team leadership, training, scheduling, inventory control and maintaining merchandising standards.

Responsibilities include developing staff, managing relationships with suppliers, implementing company standards, and supervising financials to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the listed functions.
• Ability to use a computer for reports, inventory, cash control, and notices.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked and well-kept.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues.
• Provide performance appraisals and train staff to meet standards.
• Ensure timely and effective communication to all employees.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed on time.
• Manage stock, display and pricing to meet merchandising standards.
• Analyze daily sales, monitor expenses and help maximize profits.
