Qualifications

• 1 year or more of Kitchen Management experience required.
• 1 year or more of Customer Service experience required.
• Must be willing and able to deliver and meet MVR qualifications.
• Must have open availability

Responsibilities

• Manage all costs, inventory, cash and customer relations during shift.
• Follow policy and procedures 100% of the time and set the example for crew.
• Handle staffing, paperwork, cost controls, food management and scheduling.
