Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a busy store and ensure smooth operations. You will supervise shift teams, uphold quality standards, manage cash and inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Advancement from assistant manager to general manager is possible, with on-the-job training and growth opportunities within the Domino's franchise network. This role requires evenings and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid state driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Pre-screening by HireRight Background Check and related checks will be conducted.
• Must have a reliable vehicle and proof of auto insurance.
• High energy, friendly attitude and exceptional customer service skills.
• Keen sense of direction and ability to read a map to navigate the delivery area.
• Basic math and cash management skills.
• Ability and desire to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and customer relations.
• Set a positive example and enforce policy and procedures 100% of the time.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, and schedule adherence.
