Job summary

• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and firearms training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by training and feedback, and communicating with associates.
• Manage store operations, merchandising, and customer service initiatives to improve performance.
• Drive store financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and expense control.
