Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to policies and standards
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash handling, and financial reporting to maintain profitability
• Lead, mentor, and motivate team members through effective communication and recognition
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while fostering an inclusive workplace culture
• Maintain strict quality control standards for food preparation, product delivery, and service excellence
• Implement and monitor scheduling systems to optimize labor costs
• Analyze sales data and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure store cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and health & safety compliance
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and profitability
• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly
• Manage inventory ordering, receiving, and storage to minimize waste
• Prepare reports and documentation in a timely, organized manner
