Kelley Williamson Co. is seeking a station manager to lead the daily operations of a Cedarville location in Illinois. You will supervise staff, ensure uninterrupted service, and foster a positive customer buying experience while promoting the highest quality products in the industry.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to train and motivate teams. A high school diploma, completion of Food Service Sanitation Management, and a valid driver’s license are

Qualifications

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Must be a proven motivator with strong team-building abilities.
• Complete an approved Food Service Sanitation Management course and maintain certification onsite.
• 21+ years of age; valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for daily operation of an assigned retail location; ensure uninterrupted service.
• Schedule staff effectively and be available to assist as needed.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels for retail stock, fuel, car wash chemicals, and operating supplies.
• Perform cash management and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Provide customers with a clean, appealing, and well-stocked facility and a positive buying experience.
