Job summary

Kelley Williamson Co. in Freeport, IL is seeking a Station Manager to lead daily store operations, ensure uninterrupted service, and deliver a positive customer buying experience.

You will supervise staff, develop employees, manage inventory, cash handling, and facility maintenance while promoting safety and high-quality service. The role requires strong communication, leadership, and the ability to train and motivate teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience.
• Complete Food Service Sanitation Management course and maintain certificate onsite.
• Must obtain and maintain applicable Operator License to sell alcohol.
• Superior customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to work shifts.
• Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds, stoop, bend, reach, climb, shovel, sweep and mop.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of the assigned retail location.
• Schedule staff and ensure uninterrupted service.
• Maintain inventory levels for retail stock, fuel, car wash chemicals and operating supplies.
• Cash management and reporting.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, well-stocked facility.
• Ensure safety and a positive buying experience for customers.
