Job summary

CVS Health is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will support the Store Manager in leading the store, driving performance, and delivering excellent customer service to CVS/pharmacy customers.

This full-time role requires strong leadership, planning, and financial acumen, with responsibilities spanning staffing, inventory, and policy implementation. A high school diploma is required, with 40 hours/week and a pay range of $21.90–$35.90 per hour.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams and drive store execution and performance.
• Manage sales, inventory, staffing, training and development.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve customer issues.
• Communicate plans and progress to store staff and supervisors.
