Job summary

You will supervise team members across Asset Protection, Cashiers, Loss Prevention, Inventory Control and Maintenance, and drive performance to support profitability and the company’s purpose.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years leading large teams (up to 40).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least three years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated success in leading departments of up to 40 people to drive operational excellence and sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Direct supervision of Operations team leads and store staff.
