Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, scheduling.
• Take responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high quality customer service per the customer service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and manuals.
• Protect assets and financial information and communicate fraud risk as needed.
