Job summary

CVS Pharmacy is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Store Management team. You will drive store execution, develop staff, manage sales and inventory, and lead customer service excellence. Under the Store Manager, you’ll build an engaged team and deliver strong performance while maintaining quality standards.

This full-time role requires flexibility to cover early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts, with a pay range that reflects location and experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule including varied shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead others and work effectively with store crews.
• Supervise, assign and direct activities of the store’s crew.
• Communicate information to store crew and supervisors in a timely manner.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Provide customer service leadership and resolve issues at the store level.
