Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED, AA degree preferred.
• At least one year of mid-level supervisory retail experience.
• Experience with adults with disabilities preferred.
• Basic computer skills and MS Office proficiency.
• Must be able to relate to people with disabilities with dignity and respect.
• Stable employment history; 18+ years old.
• Valid Oregon driver’s license and insurability.
• Pass criminal history check and drug test.
• CPR and First Aid certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Comply with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.
• Assist manager with Sunrise Policy and Procedures compliance.
• Supervise staff and trainees in daily store operations.
• Act as store manager in the manager's absence.
• Submit time sheets and documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain agency records professionally per guidelines.
• Ensure quality of services and products for trainees and customers.
• Maintain security of buildings and assets.
• Provide effective staff training.
• Oversee task analyses, norms, and time studies.
• Promote cost-effective and efficient production methods.
• Set a good example in skills, behavior, and professionalism.
• Attend required meetings, trainings, and committees.
