Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations in a busy retail environment in Los Angeles. You will manage inventory, process orders over the phone and in person, and supervise staff to ensure smooth service and timely deliveries.

Responsibilities include stocking, product preparation, equipment operation, and maintaining cleanliness. Orientation and on-the-job training are provided, with openness to variable shift times and strong customer interaction

Qualifications

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (calculator use).
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to lead, train, and direct others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Deliver product by car and then to customer doors; deliver flyers and door hangers.
