Job summary

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, advanced analytical skills and computer skills are required.
• Advanced communication, leadership, supervision and influencing skills are expected.
• Willingness to work a full-time flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store management, operations and policy implementation.
• Manage sales, inventory and staffing; train and develop employees.
• Lead customer service and promote CVS service culture.
• Support Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement.
• Handle overtime and urgent issues as needed.
