Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train positive employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept to company standards.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize service and site appearance.
• Prepare on-going performance appraisals in writing with feedback.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Organize site files and supervise reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
