Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in day-to-day operations at our Albuquerque location. You will help supervise team members, manage inventory, ensure cleanliness and safety, and uphold Domino's standards to deliver great customer service.

This role requires reliable transportation, full-time availability, and strong communication. Previous management or quick-service experience is a plus, with opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to commute to work

• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
