Domino's Team BAM! in New Mexico is seeking a Store Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, supervise staff, manage inventory, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced pizza shop.

The role includes interviewing and onboarding new team members, ensuring cleanliness, coordinating deliveries, and delivering friendly guest service while maintaining store metrics and safety protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position with room for growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Be able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be able to motivate and build solid, cohesive teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-Time work availability.
• Previous management and/or quick service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide managerial assistance to the store's General Manager in running and implementing operating standards
• Counting inventory and supplies
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness based on company standards
• Efficient employee supervision
• Interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
• Cleaning and maintenance of the store and its equipment
• Rotating commissary deliveries
• Other job duties, as needed
