Job summary

• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
• Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
• Prepare reports on operations, sales, and team metrics.
• Coordinate inter-department communication and escalate issues.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and labor laws.
• Support inventory management, stock rotation, and loss prevention.
