The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment.
• Full-time availability required, flexibility in schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to react under pressure and maintain composure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in maintaining a visually appealing store layout.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide associates in merchandise handling and presentation.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, POS accuracy, and daily task completion.
• Support and mentor associates, manage onboarding and coaching for growth.
• Assist in opening/closing procedures and ensure store standards and policies are followed.
• Ensure safe, healthy care for pets and positive customer experiences for online orders.
