Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Store Operations Manager to lead operational execution in the store, owning freight scheduling, Feed to Floor, and weekly recovery while coaching a team towards safety, compliance and Legendary service. You will supervise Inventory Control Specialist activities and ensure adherence to standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety, customer engagement, and efficient store operations within Michigan locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership is required.
• Prior store operations and supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead freight process execution and scheduling, including truck unload planning and freight movement.
• Lead Feed to Floor process execution with timely follow-up on routines and process expectations.
• Lead weekly recovery process execution, including Targeting Outs, and maintain store recovery standards.
• Oversee the Inventory Control Specialist, weekly checklist, coaching and accountability for receiving standards.
• Oversee inventory controls including adjustments, discrepancies, negative on-hand review, PO processing, transfers, buybacks, RTV and reconciliation.
